Rocky VanTol, Whitinsville Christian High School faculty member, was recognized recently as a recipient of the 2026 Harvard Club of Boston Excellence in Teaching Award.
This distinguished award recognizes exceptional secondary school educators in the Greater Boston area who demonstrate intellectual curiosity, an enduring commitment to student mentorship, and a profound dedication to academic excellence.
“Rocky’s selection is a wonderful reflection of the many ways he embodies these qualities,” said Tammi Gorman, MS/HS Principal. “His strong Christian faith, many years of dedicated service to our school, exceptional AP student outcomes, and unwavering commitment to his students have made a lasting impact on our school community. Year after year, he has challenged students to think deeply, pursue excellence, and develop a genuine love of learning, while also encouraging them to grow in their faith and understand how their gifts can be used to serve others. This is a truly distinguished honor, and it is exceptionally well-deserved. We are incredibly proud to celebrate Mr. VanTol and the lasting influence he has had on generations of students!”
