2024 Annual Golf Outing

Individual or Group Registration

Use this form to register yourself and up to 3 additional golfers to round out your group or foursome.

Early Bird Registration: (Register by May 13): $160

Individual Golfer: (Register after May 13): $175

Student/Young Alumni Golfer (Age 14-22): $125

Your registration fee includes greens fees, cart, and team prizes.

Registration Deadline is June 1

Don’t Forget to Add Your Tour Card

For $25 per golfer, you will receive a Tour Card that entitles you to three (3) Mulligans, as well as entry into:

  • Longest Drive Contest
  • Putting Contest
  • Closest to the Pin Contest
  • Hole in One Contest
