DECA International, in conjunction with Massachusetts State DECA, is pleased to announce and congratulate 4 students from Whitinsville Christian School who have earned spots at ICDC this year. Madison Amati, Addison Boone, Ethan Hand, and Kacy Brochu will be among the over 30,000 competitors and participants at this year’s international-level competition at the DECA International Career Development Conference, to be held April 25-28, 2026, in Atlanta, GA.

As an integral part of the classroom curriculum, DECA’s industry-validated competitive events are aligned with the National Curriculum Standards in the career clusters of marketing, business management and administration, finance, and hospitality and tourism. DECA’s competitive events directly contribute to every student being college and career-ready when they graduate from high school. More than 1,500 business professionals evaluated the members’ performance through role-plays, case studies, and prepared presentations.

Eliot Deters, Educator, Club Advisor, and Director of Whitinsville Christian School’s Business Lab, said, when asked how a small school has achieved such success, “Our club’s growth and success reflect the dedication, leadership, and relentless effort of every member involved. It’s not our numbers, but it’s the passion, commitment, and success each member brings to the table.”
