Expo organizers are seeking local or national organizations that employ or train science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) professionals. Exhibitors will provide a live demonstration or interactive activity that represents what STEM professionals and/or students engage in while performing their role in the organization. Companies that develop technology-related products can also demonstrate a product or technology developed or used by the organization.
The focus of this public event is to raise community awareness about the importance of STEM education and to give local area students a chance to engage in STEM learning activities and demonstrations. The Expo is free and open to the public. The event will be held at the Nehemiah Center at Whitinsville Christian School located at 279 Linwood Ave., Whitinsville, MA 01588. Exhibitors can begin arriving at WCS for setup at 8 AM on May 11th. There is no registration cost or fee for exhibitors.
Space will be provided to each exhibitor. Exhibits should be geared to promoting STEM awareness and generating a positive attitude toward STEM in students. Standard setup includes one 8 foot table and two chairs. Additional requests may be made on the registration form.
