Recognizing that a Christian education often comes with a significant financial commitment for many families, Whitinsville Christian School diligently strives to keep tuition affordable. See below for ways we partner with Treasures and T.R.I.P to reduce the cost of tuition for every family enrolled.

NOTE:  Rates above are per child.

  • A $100 per family Application Fee and $50 per child Student Assessment Fee must accompany your completed application.
  • An annual Facility/Technology Fee of $200 per family is payable in addition to tuition.
  • Tuition payments are made in ten equal monthly installments from September through June and are due on the first day of each month. Tuition accounts paid in full for the school year by September 8, 2017, are eligible for a 2% tuition discount.

Tuition Assistance Program (TAP)
Tuition assistance for grades 1 – 12 is available through the Tuition Assistance Program (TAP). In the 2015/16 academic year, approximately 21% of the student body (98 students from 50 families) received a total of $161,200 in financial assistance, with the average award being $1,645/student.

We partner with Covenant Tuition Services, Inc., which features an online Tuition Assistance application to better serve you. Simply fill out the required information online and upload the completed application. Supporting documentation can also be scanned in and uploaded or can be mailed in.

Please note: Families applying for admission for the first time must be completely through the admission process and accepted for admission before being considered for a Tuition Assistance award.

Treasures and T.R.I.P

A highly significant addition to our financial model has been Treasures, an upscale thrift store located at Koopman Plaza in North Grafton.  Since opening in June 2008, Treasures has contributed $382,000 toward tuition reduction and $220,000 toward the field house fund at WCS, with its contribution to tuition reduction increasing each year.

Our Tuition Reduction Incentive Program (TRIP) is a tuition savings opportunity from ShopWithScrip® that is open to all WCS families. By purchasing gift cards for businesses that offer a rebate, TRIP is currently saving participating families an average of $300 per year; however, many families save in the range of $500 to $1000 each year. If your child(ren) no longer attends WCS, you may apply the credit to the balance of your tuition account, to another family’s account, or to the WCS Tuition Assistance Fund.
